Go to the top right and click on Sign up:

The following window will open where you will have to enter your details, and click Sign Up

If you are a web3 player, you can connect your wallet to the account to access the purchase, negotiation, and management of NFTs, clicking to connect

If you are a web2 player, click on continue,

Once you have logged into your Metamask account or clicked Continue, War Legends will download automatically:
